Apreciat, imitat sau parodiat, atâta timp cât oamenii își aduc aminte de el, sloganul și-a îndeplinit scopul. Repetat destul de des, el devine parte din conversațiile noastre obișnuite și din conștiința colectivă.
Conform unui sondaj realizat de către TaglineGuru.com, sloganul cu cea mai mare influență asupra oamenilor este “Got milk?” (“Ai lapte?”), realizat în 1993 de agenția Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, pentru compania California Milk Processor Board. La sondaj au participat o sută dintre cele mai mari agenții de publicitate la nivel mondial, care au ales cele mai influente 100 de sloganuri din 300, după cum urmează:
